As 2010 gets ready to pack its bags, it leaves behind memorable moments in fashion history: The death of Lee Alexander McQueen was heartbreaking, and while the world mourned the loss of a fashion icon, Naomi Campbell lifted our spirits by honoring his death with the Fashion for Relief runway show. Christopher Kane reminded us why polka dots are awesome, the utility trouser became a summer staple, Lady Gaga was dressed in meat, and Karl Lagerfeld awed the world by adding ice and snow at the Chanel Fall/Winter 2010 fashion show in Paris. A great year indeed! To celebrate 2010’s departure we hand-selected a few bags that are jaw-dropping and glamorous with a capital G.
