Kate Moss shows off her new long, blonde extensions and golden tan following a sunshine break in Ibiza

For supermodels, a change of image can happen almost as often as a change of nail colour.

And so, Kate Moss has updated her look with what appear to be hair extensions giving her longer, luscious blonde locks – although she’d forgotten to tend to her darker roots.

Just a few weeks ago the model was at the launch of Topshop’s new flagship store where her hair was shoulder length – however in these pictures her hair cascades down to her chest.

True Blood‘s Small Town Chic: Blue Jeans & Fanny Packs

On Tuesday, the cast of True Blood gathered to celebrate their upcoming third-season premiere, and the ladies of Bon Temps—including Carrie Preston, Rutina Wesley, and Deborah Ann Woll—hit the red carpet in chic, fitted frocks with statement earrings to match. Their characters aren’t likely to look quite as festive anytime soon: “This year [my clothes have] gotten a bit plainer,” said Woll, who plays newbie vampire Jessica. “I wore my own jeans a number of times.” Preston, who plays barmaid Arlene, said that while her alter ego is seldom seen out of her Merlotte’s uniform, “she’ll accessorize the heck out of it. Many earrings, and a different fanny pack every day.” Wesley, who plays Tara, was unable to divulge much about her upcoming fashions (or plot-lines) but she did say that Tara’s “wardrobe will definitely be more fun.” Tune in to check out the looks—and, of course, the horror, the mystery, and the romance—this Sunday at 9PM EST on HBO.

Fashion’s New Generation

THE winners of this year’s highly coveted NEWGEN sponsorship programme were announced yesterday. Designers that made the final few included David Koma, Holly Fulton, Mary Katrantzou, Louise Gray and Joanna Sykes.

“People often ask me how we, in London, manage to foster such incredible designers and obviously it’s to do with talent and having the best education,” said Sarah Mower, the BFC’s ambassador of emerging talent. “The real reason it works differently here is simply because we support and help each other. It might sound soft but actually it’s a concrete business basis. The panel sat for in a basement for two days and went through the applications of 400 applicants- we are a talent magnet.”

Stockings and suspenders back in fashion as sales soar

Stocking and suspenders appear to be back in fashion for the first time in almost 50 years as retailers report a dramatic rise in sales.

Sales of suspenders are booming as women copy celebrities such as Kylie Minogue and Lady Gaga, whose alluring use of “underwear as outerwear” has made them fashionable again.

The combination with recent cool weather appear to have led to a resurgence in their popularity, said Debenhams, the High Street retailer.
